The Late Show with David Letterman is a late night talk show that airs Monday - Friday on the CBS television network at 11:35pm ET. The show is the second late night talk show hosted by David Letterman and was created after Letterman left NBC over losing The Tonight Show to Jay Leno. David Letterman previously hosted Late Night with David Letterman on NBC.
