Supernatural is an American paranormal drama television series that debuted on September 13, 2005 on the WB Television Network, and is now part of The CW's lineup, where the second season premiered on September 28, 2006.

The show follows brothers Sam and Dean Winchester, who travel across the country in a black 1967 Chevy Impala investigating paranormal events and other unexplained occurrences, regarding ghosts, vampires and other such creatures, as opposed to aliens in The X-Files.

=Season 4== (2008-2009) Season Four was announced in March 2008, and is set to have a full range of episodes. Jensen Ackles WILL RETURN for Season Four.

Season Four will explore Mary Winchester's past along with other elements of the show, and a new species of demon will be introduced.

The Season will begin in Fall of 2008. Kripke has said several times before that he wants to have only five seasons, and to end the show there.
